northern Blue Mountains of Oregon... Grande Ronde Valley...
northern Blue Mountains of Oregon... southern Blue Mountains of
Oregon and Wallowa County. In Washington... east slopes of the
Washington Cascades... foothills of the Blue Mountains of
Washington... Kittitas Valley... northwest Blue Mountains of
Washington... Simcoe Highlands and Yakima Valley.
* Through Friday morning
* showers will continue to affect the mountains of the Pacific
northwest tonight. Rain totals from Thursday through Friday
morning will be 0.50 to 1.25 inches along the east slopes of the
Washington Cascades and 0.25 to 0.50 inches over the Blue
Mountains and Wallowa County. Some light showers will continue
over the Cascades on Friday with mainly dry conditions elsewhere.
* Creeks... streams and rivers will continue to run high and fast
tonight with minor flooding possible. The high water levels
will start to recede on Friday.
